These kids will teach you how to convince your parent to Adopt A Dog
Scarlett and William, Emma Robinson’s children, would love to adopt a dog. To convince her, they put in place a plan of action that was discovered by their mother. Their strategy will not fail to make you laugh.
All parents will tell you; when children want something, they stop at nothing to achieve their ends. Those of Emma Robinson, a British mother, are no exception to this rule.
Her son William, 8 years-old, and her daughter Scarlett, 3 years younger, absolutely want to adopt a dog, or rather a puppy. They then worked together to build a secret plan to convince their mom to do this favor.
The document was discovered by Emma Robinson on the kitchen table. It is in the form of an 11-point list corresponding to as many actions to be carried out. The first 10 were written by the elder and the 11th is an idea formulated by Scarlett, considered “more pragmatic” by their mother; it simply involves begging her to adopt one. The list includes such things as “doing all chores,” “complimenting,” “offering a child in exchange,” or “recording a music video.”
Their mother published the list on her Facebook page called Emma Robinson: Motherhood for Slackers (including: “Maternity for the lazy”), not without having obtained the prior agreements of the interested parties. If William did not see any objection, his sister did not really appreciate the discovery of the plan …
Obviously, several members of the page asked Emma Robinson if she intended to accede to their request, to which she replied that she was still thinking about it.
