Homeless Man Saves An Abandoned Dog! A New Start For Both

Homeless Man Saves An Abandoned Dog! A New Start For Both

Homeless Man Saves An Abandoned Dog! A New Start For BothThis homeless man saves an abandoned dog and gets an unexpected end
Homeless and penniless, Ron did not hesitate to put himself in danger to save a dog that had just been abandoned on a highway. All he wanted afterward was that the Chihuahua did not have to lead a wandering life like his.

Angel Janes was driving home from work in Salt Lake City, Utah when, on her way, she noticed a homeless person with a sign asking for money or work. The driver had nothing to offer him, except a cigarette, and stopped to give it to him. She then realized that the man, named Ron, was holding a small dog wrapped in a sheet.

The animal, a Chihuahua, had just been abandoned by a woman on a highway near here 2 hours ago. Ron had taken the risk of crossing the road to get it back because he did not want that this poor little pup gets hit by a car. He then worked to protect him from the cold.

When talking with Angel James, he explained to her that he hoped the Chihuahua would find a home and not live outside like him. The young woman was so touched by this story that she shared on Facebook.

Her post was relayed by Kathleen Dallman. A friend immediately decided to temporarily host the dog, until they find a family for adoption. She went to Ron and gave him $ 50 to thank him for taking care of the Chihuahua. The homeless, who at first refused the money, finally accepted after insistence. The man was moved to tears upon learning that the dog was going to be placed.

A few days later, a mother, Chasity Guyer, definitely adopted the animal and gave him the name Lucky Louie. Happy for the pup, Kathleen Dallman now wanted to help Ron. She opened an online kitty on GoFundMe platform.

Very quickly, the donations abounded and she recovered the first 400 dollars collected to give them back to the homeless with a big heart. Ron could not believe that people could mobilize to help him.

Ron told Kathleen Dallman that he wanted a portion to be spent on the dog he had saved, but she explained that he was in good hands and that the sum was all for him. The man was able to buy a mobile phone so he could look for work. Contributions continue to arrive on GoFundMe, reaching, to date, more than 6,000 dollars.

UPDATE WITH RON: Met with Ron tonight to give him all the money that was donated. I wish i could have got his original reaction because he was seriously freaking out, crying, and kept saying, "Are you sure this is for me!? From who, from who!? Who would do this for me!!?? For a homeless man!!??" I told him it was from the community, giving back because they were inspired by him and want to make sure he has a happy ending just like that dog that he saved from getting hit by a car and found a good warm home for. He said multiple times people have loaded up all his belongings in a truck and drove off with it. That people usually call him horrible names, so he just couldn't believe it. He looked through the envelope like 10 times because he really couldn't believe it. He said he promises that he will not let us down!! He was like, "This man isn't sleeping on the street tonight!!!" Then the second thing he said he was going to do was to go to get a phone so he can stay connected. I have literally never seen anyone so excited in my life and shed a couple tears myself, seriously a million dollar response. He wanted to donate some of it for food for the dog, I told him we got it under control. All of you are soooo amazing. You gave him the will to fight the good fight. Keeping the go fund me up for a little bit longer in case anyone anyone wants to donate. Not every day you get to hand a homeless man $400 plus dollars, thanks everyone! 🙂 Angel Janes Dutch Whitlock Lisa Donaldsonhttps://www.gofundme.com/Helpahomelesshero

A Boy Changes The Destiny Of An Elderly Deaf And Blind Dog

A Boy Changes The Destiny Of An Elderly Deaf And Blind Dog

Condemned to end his days in a shelter, this elderly deaf and blind dog was saved by a kind boy

Nothing seemed to play in the favor of Shey, an old toothless, deaf and blind dog. Nothing but a sweetness and kindness that has touched a child and his mother enormously. They were able to perceive the inner value of this animal.

generally, when a family with children want to adopt a dog, they turn to young, healthy animals. Children are naturally attracted to those who seem “cute”.

Tristan, for his part, is a very mature boy who did not stop to look when he and his mother visited a shelter in order to welcome a dog. They traveled to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, based in Des Moines, Iowa, to adopt a soft, affectionate animal, as reported by Animal Channel.

When the child saw Shey, he immediately saw something special about this dog. Yet nothing seemed to plead in his favor. Shey is, indeed, very old (14 years old), deaf and blind dog, he suffers from big problems of teething. In other words, most other adopters would not have even looked at him.

Tristan and his mother did not hesitate for one second, even when they were aware of everything the poodle suffered. They adopted him and took them home.

From the start, the dog felt soothed and reassured in the arms of this young friend who believed in him. Even though Tristan said Shey will not accompany him very long, he is determined to ensure that each moment spent together is lived fully, with all the tenderness and benevolence that Shey deserves.

Julia: a wolf? a coyote? a dog? This pup rescue is a must see!

Many people say they saw a wandering wolf on the streets of Los Angeles, someone finally calls the Hope for Paws Association for pup rescue.

Arriving on the spot, rescuers do not believe their eyes when they find themselves in front of this “wolf”.

Amazing Pup Rescue-They Save What They Thought A Wolf-Dog

Lisa Chiarelli sees the animal walking in the neighborhood. She slowly approaches him and discovers that the “wolf” has a necklace around his neck, but also that he is particularly dirty and covered with infections.

A “wolf” who is not a wolf

Several members of the Hope for Paws Association then examine the “wolf” and everyone agrees that in reality, it is not a wolf, but perhaps a cross between a wolf and a dog.

After a lot of treats, Lisa manages to gain the trust of the animal she calls Julia.

But she is not sure she can survive her many injuries because her body is totally swollen, her paws bleeding and she has scabies too.

After a visit to the vet, Lisa takes care of Julia giving her a good bath, so necessary.

After giving Julia a bath, Lisa realizes that it’s definitely not a wolf or a cross between a dog and a wolf.

Julia is actually a mix between a German Shepherd and a Husky. Only two years old, poor Julia needs above all a loving family to take care of her.

Lisa then posts the story of Julia on Facebook and immediately many families propose to adopt the dog and offer her a new life.

It is finally in a family located in San Diego that Julia will settle among other Husky. A new life placed under the sign of the joy and the love for this dog with the difficult past.
Today, Julia lives surrounded by friends and is happier than ever.

Ek Park, the founder of Free Korean Dogs organization, which facilitates dogs adoption between South Korea, United States, and Canada, Moo- Tae, and the second dog, named Sara, met Duhamel at the airport of Seoul so that she be able to fly the dogs back to Toronto.

” He brings a very special energy,” she said,” I meditate every day, and he sits beside me patiently while I meditate. I don’t know if he was trained to do that”.

Very sociable, Moo- Tae has only one desire: to be in the arms of someone! Since he was adopted, he does not even care to play … all that matters is to be worn!

Nevertheless, the small ball of hair keeps the marks of his sad past. His paws are distorted because of the mistreatment of which he was a victim …

She strongly encourages all other participants in the Olympic Games to do the same. She hopes that other animals will be saved thanks to this surge of solidarity.

She risks her own life to save a dog from drowning

Hearing cries of distress, a young woman of 24 years did not hesitate to jump into the pond Meckenheim Park in Mee-sur-Seine (Seine-et-Marne), to save dog’s life.

Pauline was walking in the park of Meckenheim when she heard a man yell shout “Blue, Blue, come my dog!” In the water was Blue, an American Staffordshire who obviously could not swim. In distress about 6 meters from the bank, he could not move forward and was losing more and more strength.

Seeing Pauline, The dog’s owner asked her to call the fire department while he began to undress. But the man did not know how to swim. So without further ado, Pauline removed her sweater and jumped into the water at 6 ° C to join Blue. “Arriving near him, he hung me up. He was super heavy!”  She said.

The young woman managed to hoist the dog to the bank. There, the firemen arrived. Pauline, in a state of hypothermia, was taken to the hospital, but she is better. Blue is also safe and sound. His owner is not about to forget this young unknown lady who did not hesitate to put her life in danger to save the life of his dog!

A few days ago, residents of Marco Island, Florida, witnessed an extraordinary scene. A lost Doberman dog had inadvertently fallen into a canal. Unable to go back to the shore because the bank was too high, he tried to keep his head out of the water. There was no one to help him.

While his strength was running out and the poor dog was extremely stressed, then a miracle happened: dolphins, certainly attracted by the dog’s movements in the water, came to him.  They surrounded him and began to shriek. Was it the expression of their fear or of their intelligence? No one knows.

This attitude has attracted the attention of people who were not far away.

By understanding that a dog was in the water, the witnesses immediately contacted the fire department. They managed to save the poor animal who, hungry, thirsty and exhausted, was finally able to return to the bank safely. According to the rescuers, he would have spent 15 hours in the water! Led to the vet, he happily recovered from this mishap.

This Blind Service Dog Named Smiley Will Not Fail To Put A Smile On Your Face

4

The story of this service dog born without eyes is overwhelming and unique! An example and an inspiration to us all …

Joanne George, the owner of the Golden Retriever service dog, saved Smiley.
Suffering from Dwarfism, born without eyes, and supposedly sentenced to death at the age of two, he survived thanks to her. Almost 10 years after all these adventures, he continues to help those in need!
“People are so inspired by what it represents”, explains Joanne. “I realized that this dog was destinated for therapy, I had to share it.”

Shortly after this realization, the dog got the certificate to become a service dog and joined the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program. He spends several hours each day visiting patients in retirement homes, he also goes to hospitals to see sick children.
For the past 7 years, Smiley has taught people to not to stop at disability, illness, past.
“Dogs can come back from nowhere, they can forget their past,” Joanne says, “we as humans, we focus on our past.”

One of Smiley’s visits was particularly noteworthy.
Teddy, an elderly man, whom Smiley often sees in a nursing home, does not speak and he was unable to communicate.
“One day, Smiley put his paws on Teddy, and he started to smile and make noise”, says Joanne.
“All the nurses came back into the room and said they had never seen him smile, or even have such a reaction.”
From now on, whenever Smiley comes to this retirement home, Teddy is the first person who comes to see.

“I believe that’s when I noticed how inspiring it can be for people,” says Joanne George.
But at 12, Joanne explains that unfortunately, it is closer to the end than the beginning.
“He came to my first date”. “He is the ring-holder at my wedding, he was there when I was pregnant he changed my life.”, she adds
Smiley has also changed the lives of hundreds of men, women, and children.

Today, his fur is perhaps a little more graying, his steps a little less vivid, but his tail will never stop moving in all directions!
