Tissot lives in Fort Collins with her husband, Howard Seim, a veterinarian at the teaching hospital.

Our whole family got a big kick out of it over Christmas,” Tissot said.

Endo was raised as a field trial dog, which means he was trained to contest in hunting dog events.

“Though Endo doesn’t really compete, he still has the high energy and athleticism known for field trial dogs. As a result, he’s often jumping, especially when he’s happy, Tissot said.

In response to Endo’s viral moment, Tissot’s daughter helped her create an Instagram page for the family’s new four-legged star. It fittingly follows the adventures of “Endo the Jumping Dog,” Fort Collins’ newest famous dog.
